Refund Policy

We are only able to offer a refund under the following circumstances

1 We have made your order to the wrong specifications set out on the order form 

​

2 faulty goods (these must be reported in writing to sales@cutandedgeyorkshire.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving the product) please attach photographic evidence

Please note we are unable to offer a refund due to no longer requiring the product, we are don't accept returns under an circumstance due to every item being bespoke you the client.

Please double check every specification you send through, we will manufacture what you put on the order form.
