2. Product orders and specifications
All orders placed through Cut and Edge Yorkshire ltd are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all specifications for custom-cut panels, including dimensions and material preferences, are accurate. Cut and Edge YORKSHIRE LTD is not liable for errors in specifications provided by the customer.
3. Returns and cancellation policy
Returns: Custom-cut panels are made to your specifications and, therefore cannot be returned unless there is a fault on our part.
Cancellation; Custom-cut orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
4. Re-cut policy
In the event of a discrepancy beyond our +/- 1mm tolerance, we will re-cut and dispatch a replacement at no additional cost. Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence of the discrepancy.
